Each team must provide the Host with a complete player roster prior to their first game.  Additionally, each team must provide a total team rating plus an average player rating.  No roster additions are allowed after a team’s first game, except as provided for player injury or goalie “no-show” in para. C.6.  To open the Excel form double-click anywhere on the blank roster on page 2 of this Appendix.  Use your cursor or pointer to move between cells and type in the required information.  The rating numbers will automatically total.  When you are ready to exit the form, make sure you scroll the side bar of the Excel form to the top, then move your pointer anywhere outside of the form and click.  The open form will then close.  Select “print page” and the page with form on it will print.
